Is there such thing as "rude texters," as in they don't respond to messages or don't realize any importance to it so it appears rude?

i mean like, say you think someone is totally into you, but texting wise, it doesn't seem so... like they may ignore some messages or whatever but then there are super high moments when they're into you 100%.. ask you out, flirt, etc. is there such thing as seemingly rude texters who appear rude when really they just don't see the importance of responding to messages or doing it fastly or whatever?

I view it rude to not respond appropriately, and it's rude to deliberately ignore texts. If someone is a rude texter then I just don't bother messaging them. .
