Girl, footsie... Meaning?

So, there's this girl, that I've grown to like in the past couple of months.
Everytime that we're in a social situation, either with friends of ours or just the two of us,
there will always have signs that she's into me (I'm into her aswell).
The first indication of interest were things like, prolonged eye contact, laughing etc...
there were a lot of touching from her part. She would always come near me whenever I would say something, of when I'm showing something on my phone, or she'll come near me just because we are together.
And speaking of touching, she started playing footsie with me, 2 or 3 weeks ago. Either we are sitting on a sofa, and our bodies, I mean our whole body would just make like one (elbows to the legs touching), or if we are sitting on a table, working or just talking with friends, she would play footsie with me. And I'm talking about the real deal. Meaning that her whole foot would press relatively hard against my leg.

As I'm writing this, I realise that this girl really is into me. And you, the person reading this, might agree with me. Maybe you're asking yourself: "Why do you keep asking yourself if this girl likes you or not? It's obvious she does".

Well, my excuse, if I can call it that, is that she has a boyfriend for over a year and a half and that they live together.

That is the only reason why I haven't tried anything with her yet. But why? I don't know.
Maybe it's a way for me to hide behind an excuse so I don't have to try anything, maybe it's the fear of rejection... I don't know...

So, I'm asking you, what should I do?

Don't mess with a relationship. She may be someone that cheats on a boyfriend, but would you want to be in a relationship with a girl cheating? If she is in fact interested in you and wishes to have a second relationship, you should consider whether she is actually a good partner. If she IS flirting with you while in a relationship, she may not be a good person to be with even if she leaves her current boyfriend. Hope this helped.

I know that she's not the kind of girl that gets into a relationship, and cheats. It's not at all her type. She's very loyal to her boyfriend. She wouldn't go to clubs every Friday night, or to bars, or friend's house, she wouldn't flirt with any guy that comes accross her.
I mean, I can sense that she's loyal. I've talked about this with close friends, women and men, and most of them said that she may be bored with her current boyfriend.
I've just moved in France, and here, a lot of my girl friends broke up with their boyfriend of a year or two, to be with another man. And they don't regret it because they didn't feel anything anymore.
I think that, here, couples stay together until one of them find someone new... You get me?

Alright, so she seems to be a good person with good intentions, but before you begin a relationship, she needs to settle things with her current boyfriend. You could talk to her about your feelings for her and figure out what the two of you want to do from there. I'm not sure if you would be comfortable doing something like this, but it would definitely be a good start for a relationship.

i've thought about talking about this with her, but I think it might be better talking about this after sometimes happens... Either our first kiss, or if she ever breaks up with her boyfriend.

When you sit with her at a table, you should grab her foot and put it in your lap. If she doesn't say anything and rub her feet up and down your lap, that probably means she likes you.
