Would you date someone that drinks alcohol? (or smokes/do drugs)?

just got inspired for this question haha

So I personally don't even touch drugs and smoking and stuff, but I do drink alcohol

I personally won't date someone that smokes a lot or do drugs a lot and that same goes for alcohol

1. Like I'm fine with drinking on the weekend a little (that's what I do) but I wouldn't date someone that drinks everyday and is addicted to it 
2. Smoking is critical, like cigarettes nope, but my ex for example did sometimes smoke shisha, once a month or so, what is fine with me 
3. Drugs, hell no

Well that's my personal opinion

drugs and cigarettes, no. I don't do drugs, and I quit smoking. if she smokes cigs ill def start again..

as for alcohol im gonna be a bit hypocritical.
I do drink somewhat semi regularly. and I do like getting drunk.
however, I don't want a girl, who enjoys getting drunk. apart from the simple fact that 2 drunk people are worse than one, I have had only bad experiences with drunk girls. they are wild and uncontrollable and always mess up my house, dress, or toilet,,,,,
now I wouldn't say I only date girls who don't drink, in fact, id be glad to share a few glasses with her.
I just don't like it when they have a thing for getting drunk lol

A small amount of alcohol is OK. Getting sloppy drunk is never OK and a major turn off.

A small amount of weed would be acceptable if it was handled well. It would still be a negative and I'd prefer none at all.

Cigarettes are acceptable if they never smoke inside around me, and never in my house even if I'm not around. Like weed, it's a negative and I'd prefer they didn't smoke.

If I had to pick between a weed smoker and cig smoker, I'd pick a cig smoker.

Any other drugs are not acceptable at all.

By the way. I've done every one of those things myself. I quit for a reason.

I would date someone who drinks (casually) and does drugs. I do drugs. My boyfriend smokes (pot) every single day and when we hang out we have a smoke sesh with his friends. We once took a nap together and I was still tired so he rolled a blunt on the desk next to his bed while I continued my nap and I just told him to wake me up when he was finished so we could smoke together.

A couple that's smokes together stays together!

Heroin and cocaine are off limits, but other stuff is fine.

Marijuana is ok, but only once in a while, I can't stand somebody who smokes everyday tbh same goes with Tabacco. But I would never date someone who does heroin, coke, crack cocain, or any type of drugs in order to get high.
Alcohol is also fine, as long as she's not an alcoholic or gets supper violent when she's drunk. Drinking everyday is also a huge no for me tbh

I've dated a smoker before but never will again. If the guy drinks tho, i prefer it be on occasion. My guy says he likes to drink but so far he's gone 3 months without doing so, so i assumed he does it on occasion

Of course. Every guy I've dated drinks alcohol and half of the guys I've dated smoke. And I drink myself so it would be seriously hypocritical of me to not date someone who does 😂

I personally don't like drama in my life. If I wanted drama, I'd watch soap operas. Substance abusers tend to create drama in their life, which is why I mentioned it. As for whether I would date someone with a substance abuse problem, I guess I would if they were able to hide their problem long enough for us to be officially a couple. HOWEVER, that doesn't necessarily mean I will stay with them. If they have a really serious problem, then they need to get into rehab and get clean for me to stay with them. If not, then "sayonara!" I would make an exception for weed, though - because it's quite a health benefit more than the others. Cigarettes, tobacco and the hard drugs (even if not severe using) should not be continued. I myself don't really even drink alcohol - at all (as much as I used to).

Smoking and drugs are deal breakers for me. I don't drink too often myself since my sisters see me as a father figure, so I refrain from getting myself drunk. I wouldn't mind if a girl drinks every now and then, but she'd then have to be cool with me refraining.

Drinking is OK if it's just a drink or two every now and then. Every day? No. Getting smashed every weekend? Fuck that.

I don't care for smokers. I've dated a few, it's not something I really want to repeat.

Drugs depends on which drugs. A little acid or shrooms I'm OK with. Potheads can fuck off, tweekers can fuck off, coke fiends can fuck off. Basically if it's not a hallucinogen, the user can fuck off. And if it's an everyday thing, then even the trippers can fuck off.

That being said, I would still date a girl that drinks or smokes weed as long as it's not a regular thing. I also don't want to date a girl if she is the type who grinds her ass on random guys crotches.

Cigarettes or any substances other than weed are deal breakers tho.

I wouldn't touch a junkie or a cokehead. if they did a bit of powder on the weekends on a night out though then I probably wouldn't bother. Drinking socially is fine with me, I take a drink now and again when I get time. I wouldn't judge a person on whether they smoked or not. That ain't my business

Yes, yes, and yes. With moderation. Honestly I'd rather they didn't care to smoke and drink as I see it as a big waste of a paycheck. Weed, mushrooms, DMT, and ayahuasca are the only acceptable drugs because people use those to expand their consciousness.

I think good alcohol has its place, but I don't think its purpose should be to get people drunk.

drugs. if it´s just a blunt like once a month or so like someone would consume alcohol occasinally, i´m fine with it. hard stuff is a no go.
