What's the normal time frame between first and second date?

I met this guy a little over two weeks ago. We texted for 4, 5 days and then we went on our first date. The date was great, I fell in love with him. He asked for a second date and I accepted. The problem is that we never scheduled the date and time for it, but we did pick a movie and agreed to watch it at my place. Five days after the first date I asked him if he's still interested in watching a movie together and he said he is, just that these days he's not feeling very well (moody) and that he'll notify me when he gets better. I went on a 5 days vacation after that and he still didn't put a time and date. Besides that he texts me almost every day. It's been 10 days in total since the first date and to be honest that slow pace is kind of turning me off. I don't want to ask him about it again, but I don't know what to do? Should I still see other guys and go on dates? I want this guy, tho.

meet in 2 times randomly. then need to give a gap. texting is other things that I think so. from 1st meeting the next meeting should around 1week. because that time both are new. and as a human so many things need to know. but without the 2nd meeting it's not possible.
