So I've been dating some one and we've gone on 10 dates and he still hasn't tried to make a move. what does this mean?

He may be trying to feel you out before taking things further or may simply want to take things slow. You can either initiate it yourself, being straight up, or drop stubble hints (like snuggling into him when watching a movie, pointing out cute instagram pics of couples, etc.)

he's taking it painfully slow. the guy I'm dating now kissed me on the second date, this guy's taking a while 😂

Ask him if he hates kissing as much as you, then you can talk about kissing then practice kissing once your on the subject.

  That was a joking way to bring up the subject, bringing it up jokingly makes it less awkward. Maybe admit you're a bad kisser (even if you aren't) in case he's worried about his kissing skills.
