Third date and still no kiss?

I went on 3 dates with this guy. I felt the dates went well, he's always asking me when we can hang out again. But we still haven't kissed while there were many opportunities and still no physical contact.
Next week he wants us to go the ferris wheel together.
Is it weird to not have kissed after 3dates? Does he want to try something on the ferris wheel?

Maybe he isn't sure about how'd you react. Try to give him unmissable signs next time you meet. Touch his arm, look deep into his eyes, give him a playful smile, etc. If you want to kiss, you can go for it too. But I'd advise to try and give him green light and let him do the first step afterwards.

Like some comments say, you can try to kiss him too, you know! He may be shy. Maybe he has never kissed a girl before! Maybe you are just waiting for him to make a move and inadvertently giving him mixed signals.

he may be shy, trying to not be overly forward, or something like that. if he is suggesting additional dates it's clear he is into you so his reason for not being physical has to be something personal with him as it's clear he's into you
