MY OPINION: Tall = 1, 80 m+ Rating = 7/10 or more Dark = Literally.
Here's my definition on dark. - If the person has black hair/dark brown hair and brown eyes. Can be tan or brown. But Spanish in door look or light skinned people is still considered dark for me. - If the person has a natural very tan/brown skin, even if they've blue eyes or are blondes like some people from the Melanesian. Other examples are Adrian Grenier and Adriana Lima who's blue eyed. - Being dark isn't a synonym with a race and every races do have dark and light people - Typically Scandinavian looking people is light. That includes people who has blonde hair, blue/green eyes and light skin and people who is ginger, light skinned and has all types of eye colors.
Tall = 6'0 or more Rating = 7/10 or more Dark = Dark hair and eyes certainly, not necessarily anything to do with skin colour though yeah, when I think of the phrase tall, dark and handsome I generally imagine black dudes... But I suppose any skin colour works, it's more about the eyes and hair for me.
