If your parents forbid you to see the guy you are dating, what would you do? (Page 2)

I’ve been dating my boyfriend for two months , but recently we’ve been arguing a lot and I’ve gotten very upset over it. My parents has never met him, but before all the arguing, my mum really liked him just by how I was describing him. I recently wanted to break it off, but only because my boyfriend was pushing me to say it. But we said we will work it out, fix this and get through it. But because there’s a lot of issues between me and my boyfriend, my mum has forbidden me and got really mad when I said we will work this out. But my parents and bro said you can’t see the issue, but we can. I’m not sure if I am really caught up in it that’s why I’m blind, but I don’t want to give up. I told my boyfriend about my parents forbidding the relationship and he was completely crushed , more than when I said I was going to break it off. He seriously apologised to me and told me to pass his apologies to my parents and he didn’t mean to be disrespectful or anything. And he even said he will let me go because my parents said no and he doesn’t want to come between me and my parents. I personally think i can convince my parents that things will work out and they will come round as they don’t really know the exact story only parts of it. What would you do if your parents wanted you to end the relationship and forbid you to see him again? Is it bad of me to go against my parents?
