Why do I attract only broke or cheap men?

I seem to always get the opposite of what I want. I like nerd guys, I like generous giving men, I like men with a career and stable (so i like them way older than me) but i attract the EXACT opposite, hood guys, cheap and broke men. I be so disappointed when the men who approach me are always the hood, cheap and broke guys. I dress nice too, and can make myself look like a movie star with my makeup skills. Why the hell these dudes be so confident in approaching me?
