Why does my crush compares me to his sister?

Okay so there is this guy he’s my crush, he’s so fun and hot, but he compares me so much to his sister, he always tell me you act like my sister and talk like my sister, does this mean he feels sthg towards me? or he sees me as his sister?

I am not sure if there is a subtext here. He will not find his sister sexually attractive (via the Westermarck effect) but that doesn't mean he can't be attracted to you. You will only be able to tell through his body langiage and actions.

He’s only nervous with me the first five minutes when we see eachother and we make lots of eyecontacts and he’s the one that laughs first

If he is attracted, he will show enjoyment at talking with and looking at you and will make the most of any chance to do it. The fact he is nervous but this tends to ease off after a few minutes is an encouraging sign. But I can't be sure.
