Humble, ambitious, family oriented, level minded, planners, and healthy men... your choices are all skewed to a point of view of a narrow minded douchebag.
I mean, I'm a slim, white woman who works in a creative industry and my hobbies are making music, designing clothes, and going out to new places/traveling, so I honestly look for an attractive creative guy who's similar to me.
A slim, creative guy who is into designing clothes... sorry but I think most of them are your competition...
@zagor No, I just meant a creative guy - someone who makes music, designs other things (my last boyfriend designed and made guitars). I also emphasized slim to make it obvious that I'm not a gym buff

@5points2gspot Listen very carefully.. any woman worth having has many men giving them attention so if a guy is farting around not showing intentions of more than a friendship then the woman is going to throw them in the closet... and in a box.
It's just housekeeping for the parts of your brain that dictate romantic attraction and chemistry. Either they are interested or not.. either way women wont' waste time assuming. I am not saying this is wrong but you can't have 10 guys in your life without you deciding what is what.

Did you ever think that some women have been hurt so much from mental & emotional abuse that's sometimes its hard to distinguish between the 2? Ever heard of someone "fronting" pretending to be someone their not. & then once the other person is hooked, meaning their heart is now in it, that person does a 360 switch. & the 1 that's is now stuck starts to develop a blocker where as everytime something is going good or nice they have anixety attacks or its like a trigger n they feel like something is going to change for the worse.. a lot of people suffer from this... It's called the revolving door.
So it's not that some choose that. It's more like being tricked. Cuz we all chase the positive vibe...

A man who is honest, loyal, compassionate, funny, creative, open minded and smart. The type of man I want is so hard to find but I ALWAYS attract men who are the opposite of this. I attract damaged men and narcissists. Makes me wonder why. I've always had a father and to my knowledge he's nothing like the fucked up men I've been with in my life. I was just talking about this trait earlier. They front then once u "hooked" they switch to who they really are.. So us women have a hard time even getting attached to another "good guy" thinking there's some hidden personality or agenda..

I'm not buying it, lol... I've been in enough relationships to know that you can't live on love. Im a hard working guy, and sure I've had my problems in the past, but at some point its gonna come down to money. I do construction work, because it's a little difficult for me to find a high paying job because I dont have a piece of paper saying I know what I'm doing. Im also back in school to be a drug counselor (obviously not trying to get rich) so I can't provide the finer things life has to offer. Women DONT like to struggle, that's a fact. At some point they get jealous of their friends, or bored, or tired of being left behind. I've pretty much given up even looking because I'll simply never have what the vast majority of women are searching for. It is what it is, but I can't stand people who have money and are so quick to say they'd give it up for love. They probably would, but after a week they'd be begging for their old life back, lol. Maybe I'm a cynic, but reality sucks sometimes, ya just gotta grin and bare it...
So sad you truly believe that. But there are women like myself out there. Youâre just looking in the wrong places. And no we are not ugly old hags either. I get compliments to this day from complete strangers. I was married over 20 years to a man that made less than I the entire time. And so as not to blame it on educational differences, no degree here either although i went to college several years.
Maybe I'm wrong, but it hasn't been my experience. Knew this really great homeless guy, not bad looking either, yet for some reason he had the hardest time finding a girlfriend, go figure...
