How does this date idea sound?

Hello, so there's this girl I am really into and our 1st date went pretty great. I took her out on a picnic and we lost track of time talking. For our 2nd date I wanted to do something really romantic and provide a great 1st kiss story so I planned on picking up a couple flowers and taking her to one of my favourite hiking spots with a great view at sunset then play some romantic music, wine, and suggest to dance after queuing a slow song. However, the area is closed because of COVID so I need a new plan...

The day we have available there is an 60% chance of raining so an outside date is off and almost everything is closed. I was thinking I'd pick up some sushi, wine, and music and have dinner at one of our places. She loves board/card games so maybe that as well. I was really wanting to provide a more romantic evening but will flowers, wine, and maybe dancing be romantic enough?

Any ideas to improve on this or even completely different would be greatly appreciated
