I know that all races have beautiful and ugly people, but it’s so weird for me, since the ultimate beauty standard has always been to have blonde hair, blue eyes and a light pink skin. I mean... even brunettes white women dye their hair blond , and those with brown eyes wish that they had them blue, but I still see many black women saying that white women are envious of their hair ( while white women straighten their hair with kératine), and that they’re jealous of the attention they get, while white women are so sought after that some men would rather date an average looking white girl over a gorgeous black woman. I’m not white nor black, but seriously... where did this stigma about white women being jealous of black women came from? Is it a cope or something? And don’t get me with the « black don’t crack » cause what’s the point on aging this well, when you weren’t considered as the ultimate beauty standard in your 20’s to begin with?

As a biracial woman this question is very interesting to me! and a bit frightening actually. My mother is Native American and black, and my father is white (of German background). I feel as though I’ve been privileged enough to get the best of both sides. My parents are well educated, hardworking people with good values that they’ve passed down to me. I’ve also been privileged enough to have been shielded from this sort of ignorance from most of my life. I knew it existed, but I never would have guessed it was this ugly. I’m disappointed. I don’t think they’re envious of how black women are treated because it’s obvious that black women are mistreated much more compared to white women because of racism etc but I don’t think black women are delusional for thinking that white women are envious of some features that black women tend to have naturally. For example, white women tan aggressively to look more “exotic” “foreign”. A great example of this is Kylie Jenner. They also get a lot of lip fillers to imitate the full lips black women naturally have. Big, round butts are also in style now which black women tend to have naturally and white women usually don’t. I think it’s just a case of people liking what they don’t have. Black women like straight hair because it’s different to what they have and white women like to curl their hair because it’s different from what they have. It’s just a case of “grass is greener on the other side”.

Not saying it’s impossible for white girls to naturally have those feautures but they’re definitely more common in black women. I rarely see white women with naturally full lips/curves but almost all black women I see have nice lips and are curvy
I agree with you, and as a white woman i find it quite unfair how those features seems to only be featured as attractive when a white woman have them, while so many black women i know have full mesmerizing lips and gorgeous butts.

Beyoncé, Rihanna, Kim kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, Cardi B, Selena Gomez, etc are all tan skinned and dark haired. Blonde and blue eyes isn’t the standard of beauty anymore that was more early 2000s and 1990s. A new survey showed that middle eastern women were actually the most desirable on dating apps. A lot of men find beautiful black women, Asian women, Hispanic women, and middle eastern women attractive.
Let me tell you something: I'm a white guy, and I think ALL women are attractive. Those "blonde hair, blue eyed white girls" beauty "standards" are there because the majority of people in the world are white, the reason for blonde hair and blue eyes is because those are recessive genes and we've evolved to preserve said genes throughout many thousands upon thousands of years. Also, those aren't beauty "standards" as much as they're beauty "ultimates". It's the same reason that tall, fit guys with strong jawlines and "hunter eyes" are viewed as the ultimate in attractiveness. It's the same reason shorter busty girls with firm butts are attractive. For the same reason, women with slightly thicker and more healthy hair are more attracive. It's a human evolution thing, not a race thing. Humans are wired to pass on healthy genes. Yes, they're delusional. The text above is completely anecdotal, and as she says, "from her (very limited) experience". From the sounds of it, occurred primarily in the USA? White women from other cultures, like the Greeks, are known to have thick, voluminous hair. Asian hair is actually more dense than African hair or Caucasian hair, but the growth pattern is dead straight while African is curly, which gives it a fuller look. Same is true for many red heads in Ireland. Now, if you told me they are envious of how y'all make love and your beautiful lips... hmmm, I'd be inclined to believe that! LOL
I don’t think all, but some do. A lot of it is a bit unintentional though. For example a lot of white people consider the kardashians to be beautiful, but the kardashians spend tons of money to imitate black women. They paid for big butts to look like black women. They tan their skin so dark that people have confused them for black women and people of color. They get lip injections that look like the fuller lips that most black women have. And they have a habit of stealing black hairstyles and trends (particularly Kim trying to call cornrows Boxer braids/Bo Derek braids). The kardashians are just one example of famous celebrities that are pretty much black fishing. But since they have such large followings a lot of people try to copy them, and so they end up copying black women as well. We’re not delusional.
A big butt, lips or a tan is something that occurs in all races and isn't particulary related to black people. They also dont steal a hairstyle they can wear what they want. Black women can also straighten and blonde their hair without someone calling it stealing. Dreadlocks, cornrows isn't race related neither vikings etc. been doing this way before they even knew Africans existed.

But that combination of traits is predominant in the black community, and we’ve been ridiculed for centuries for having big lips, dark skin, and big butts. But suddenly it’s become trendy and now people are willing to pay thousands of dollars for them. Also I don’t think there are many Vikings around nowadays, and black people’s braids and dreads are kind of different than Viking braids. If you look at pictures of the two you’ll see the difference. It’s not necessarily the braids themselves, it’s the manner in which they are styled. The styles were created and popularized by black people, and for centuries we were told that they were ugly and unprofessional, but now they’re trendy because the kardashians occasionally appropriate them for attention. And black women were forced to assimilate into white culture because of centuries of being called unprofessional for wearing our natural hair. They recently just instated laws to prevent hair discrimination. It’s a real issue.
Still people can decide what they want to wear. If they want to wear something from black culture why would you bother? It isn't exclusively for black people just like Asian/european culture isn't only for them. Black people can wear things from white culture as well and we dont care. Id say its good people do this since it makes a country more multi cultural instead of segregated. Next to that the people that actually wear them didn't call them ugly they wear them because they like them. Straight blonde hair on wigs are also not a black thing we dont hear anyone about it. I've never seen an African American with natural blonde straight hair neither in africa. There are for a fact melanesians but scientists found they're not originally African actually but decendants of the caucasus race. @JamesTara I’m gonna have to disagree with you. Black protective styles are specifically for black hair because of our hair structure. Our hair structure is able to withstand protective styles like box braids for example. Straight hair is structured the same and styles like box braids can cause extreme damage and hair loss. And on top of that, white people have spent mocking our hairstyles, but now that they’re consider they won’t even acknowledge their history or even their real names. Hair is a huge part of black culture. And although you don’t care about the kardashians, lots of people do, and they helped influence the trends to make black features popular without giving any credit to actual black women. The kardashians are just one example.

I think black women are stunning but most societies are sadly so Eurocentric that men put white women on a pedestal, at the point where an average white woman ( especially if she’s blonde), will have more suitors than a hot woc , so I just don’t get why do some of the black women i know think that white women are jealous of them. I’m not bashing them or anything cause anyone can see how untrue it is, but I was just wondering where did they get this idea, while medias and society is constantly praising white women.
Because in they experience those women have had this experience and yes there r sum white women who wish they black and wish they had hair like us just like sum don't. Well, I think you can find some people of any race who are jealous of people of another race. That said, I suspect there aren't lots of white women who are jealous of black women.
Maybe at one time blonde hair and blue eyes was the beauty standard for women in the US, but I think today it's more likely to be olive skin and brown eyes.
I think jealousy is huge amongst girls, they compare themselves with other girls, because girls are very insecure.
They might get jealous because their girlfriends have boyfriends. Girls can be jealous of their girlfriend because they are prettier or they have bigger boobs or they get more attention from boys. Girls can be jealous of someone's clothing style (expensive brands).

The racism thing I would think is an overarching "This race is OVERALL superior." To suggest that no race has any better or worse qualities than any other race is silly, in my opinion.
White peoples is pretty. From India to Japan to China, across the globe, white skin has been seen historically attractive. Get over it, my man. Black men tend to be viewed as a lot more attractive than black women, too. And of course more athletics than whites, too. And that's why black men tend to go for Latinas.
(*in my opinion) It's probably a coping mechanism. A study I saw of 600 people stated that most people viewed white women as more attractive than blacks.
