Not by girls who like sports.
I am comfortable talking to girls, the ones I often can't talk to is when they are currently in groups, because then it feels less comfortable, I only want to socialise but I know that it is easier to make that clear to one person at a time, if I try talking to a girl while she is in her group then I have little to no chance convincing them all that I only wanted to be friends and socialise.
But girls who play sports? Why would that be something intimidating? One of my friends does rugby and she is built like a tank as far as girls go but we still feel nothing worrying or intimidating to each other, she wants to have a arm wrestle with me because she wants to prove herself to me since she is younger than me and I am looking forward to it so much since I am competitive, but it will have to wait till a day when things are safe :)
And I had friends who did tennis, dodgeball, basketball, Football, there was a girl who was actually quite good at shot put.
So I never felt any worry about it, as for a girl who is stronger than me? I mean, if I ended up finding a girl I loved and she was a tank, then my tastes must have changed because that isn't my preference, but if it is just a matter of her being a little stronger than me than no problem.

But I think a lot of the time my attraction has gravitated to ones who have been not that strong, there was one I had feelings for that was muscular, but my primary attraction and preference is definitely people who have less muscle.
No I'm not intimidated by it I workout along side women in the gym everyday and I used to train with several women back when I did martial arts. I have no issues with it y'all are fit and attractive and there ain't nothing with that.
I also wouldn't be embarrassed if a woman was stronger then me because I have yet to really meet any that were between going to the gym everyday and my job I stay very fit. And the few that I have met that were certainly earned their strength which is nothing to be embarrassed about.
I love a girl that's into sport, like they have so much more in common since I also play football and watch loads of sports. I love it!
I wouldn't care if she's quicker / stronger / better because that brings competition into the relationship and you can have banter about who's better. Dream of meeting a girl into sport!
I have a different opinion on this.
Let's say I am in a relationship with a girl for a long time. I know her and trust her. I don't mind if she gets into fitness, martial arts or another sport and gets stronger than me. She will have my full support and I will even be proud of how strong she is.
BUT...
If I know for a fact that a girl can kick my ass on the first date I will feel unconfortable. That means I am dating a girl that once we are alone can do whatever to me. And I don't know her yet so I don't trust her. I don't mind if she is strong and into sports, but a lot mor ethan me, ya not going to happen. I wouldn't feel safe.
This was never a problem since I do muay thai and workout so I never met a girl stronger than me. This is an hypothetical situation.
I kind of imagine that most guys would be attracted to girls who play sports and like to keep themselves healthy and in good shape 👍 I would actually rather date a girl who is sporty - even if it were just going to the gym - over someone who was lazy and unhealthy. I train in kickboxing and there is a good mix of guys and girls - seriously, some of the more experienced, higher ranked girls are quicker and technically better than many of the guys. Some girls actually compete against guys and win 😆 often girls use a devastating kick to the groin to win, but a win is a win none the less. I can see why some guys would feel really intimidated and embarrassed by this, but I think it’s cool and good on the girls who have worked so hard to achieve those levels and wins! 👍 I would happily take on a girl if asked. Well I would not worry about being a sporty girl - all power to you! 🙂

But in all seriousness athletic girls are hot. There's one where I work and she wears a lot of those skin tight athletic shirts. It's extremely difficult to focus on actually working.
no, I would be more attracted, because that means we can do more together, since I also do sports I am relatively fit, and I love backpacking, girls who aren't in sports might not be able to hike 10 miles with a 60 lb pack with me so sporty girls are better probably, also they sometimes have better legs if they are in sports since they use them and train them.

Don't know if they would ever admit it and NOT dating a sporty girl is not a good indication that they feel that way, so it's easy for them to hide how they truly feel
Intimidated? That's how I used to meet girls when I was in school. For the most part, that's how I meet girls now.
