Why would this guy I was talking to block me?

Okay so me and this dude were talking for a bit. Short period. But he made us exclusive. And so normally that means we’re dating right? Apparently he said no that didn’t mean we were dating. I found out that after having sex. Like granted we only had like three dates and were talking for about 3 weeks in total. But I have had guys make it official after the first date lol. so basically I’m not sure if it’s because he got what he wanted which is sex. But I don’t think so because he didn’t block me right after. We exchanged numbers after and it wasn’t until two days later right after seeing a video I posted w me drinking w guy friends. So I’m thinking he blocked me because of that since he told me that his ex cheated on him and blamed it on being drunk.
cuz if it was the fact that he got what he wanted then why would he have exchanged numbers w me and everything lol. Right? It’s prob cuz the video
