I am not hesitant because I wouldn't date one. I have given an in depth answer to a question about single moms a while ago regarding my views on it. This was what I said below.
1.) The kid will always come first over you, rightfully so. A kid requires a lot of time, especially when the mom is not working to make money. Her spare time will mostly be dedicated to the child. Any dates will be dependent on baby sitters and her schedule from her commitment to work as well. This isn't counting any emergency the kid may have like sickness, school, etc.
2.) The baby daddy. Most of the time the baby daddy is in the picture one way or another be it with split custody or alimony. If she still has any interaction with the man who is the father of her child to a heavy degree, there is a good likelihood she would go back to him on a physically intimate point and I believe a part of that is do to pair bonding and biology. I would rather not deal with being in competition with or face a possibly hostile dude.
3.) The kid. I don't like the idea of helping raise a kid that isn't biologically mine. The possibility of getting attached to him and vice versa or him resenting me just sounds like an annoying hassle to deal with. The other bit to go with that is I have no say on how the kid is raised if there is something I don't like. Plus I feel rotating doors of men in a single mom's life takes a toll on the kid emotionally and psychologically.
4.) I would rather date a woman who is free from those commitments by being single and not having the responsibility of having a kid.
5.) This one is a personal opinion and very judgmental, but in my eyes, unless she married and widowed young, if she is single and taking care of a kid at a young age I feel it is a sign of poor judgment and decision making. Divorce, impulsive decision on having sex with the wrong man, etc.
6.) Financially I am really only able to support myself. Taking on a woman and her kid as well would be a bad move on my end.
Yes because a child is going to cause conflict. Not saying any one is to blame but the fact is the relationship dynamic is completely broken from the get go. A relationship starts with the two people then ends with a child. With a single mother, you have some one elses child their, who is going to supplant you in all things so you will have a very hard time creating that proper male/female bond with the mother as her child will always come first (not saying this is bad or good, just that it is).
Then you as the man are the provider but your now providing for some one elses child which is time consuming and resource intensive. Men are biologically wired to be against this (hence male mate guarding traits like jealousy/possiveness and aversion to promiscuous women). So while it doesn't stop them it is something that can put a strain on the situation, in and of itself, if all else is great, it won't be an issue but if their are other issues, this will add to that strain.
So their are many reasons why they avoid it and why in general they tend to stay away from them. Now if people can make it worker, great, but single mothers should understand that this is a very real thing so just be very careful whom you have kids with.
I would say that younger guys, such as guys in their 20s or whatnot, are likely to be more hesitant to date single mothers. However, as men get older and they're still single, eventually, they're going to reach an age where they're too old to maintain healthy relationships with much younger women without kids and, thus, would be more likely to date women around their own age. The older the woman is, the more likely she is to have kids already. At some point in a man's life, if he still wishes to date when he's older, it's almost a given to date a single mother. If he wants to avoid this, it's best that he get married, have his own kids, and keep his relationship healthy. Also, on a sidenote, women with young children should definitely be careful about dating men that are very eager to date single mothers. The chances are good that he could be a pedophile.
@Tiffany_Taylor_Made I pretty much agree with the facts that you have laid out. But what if the guy is a virgin? It's just hard to wrap my mind around the concept of having a kid when I haven't even had sex yet (the thing you do that makes kids.). I hope that makes sense.
@Jamie05rhs: I don't think it makes too much of a difference.
I'd probably still decline that relationship, though. Unless I get really desperate.
@Jamie05rhs: I mean, it depends on your age really. All I'm saying is that men become less desirable by younger women the older they get. Sure, some younger women still date older men, but let's be honest, they're usually just using them for something at that point. An older man's best bet is to date a woman around his own age. It's just rare for an older woman to not have kids already. However, at that point, it's not that bad since the kids are likely older too. It wouldn't be desperation though. It's just a part of life. People seem to value companionship the older they get.
@Tiffany_Taylor_Made Well, I've always wanted a woman my own age.
I have no kids of my own. But I have a stepdad that I love more than my own father. We all do and my younger sisters even call him dad. He has been in our lives for 13 years now. He even gave away my sister on her wedding day. There's nothing I wouldn't do for him and my stepsisters. I make sure they're well taken care of. And when I die I made sure that he and the little girls are also taking care of.
people here can say what they want but he is a real man and he is a good role model and I told him that I wish I marry a man like him one day.

In my travels and personal experiences speaking to other guys, they are generally biased against single mothers. It depends or what their objective is with the woman. If they want sex, the complaints are minimum but if they want an actual future with the woman, the following list pops up:
1.) Her parenting skills are incompatible with his (watching how she handles her kids is a preview of how she will handle their kids if they have any).
2.) How self-aware she is with her time. (I and some guys have seen women who "think" they have time for a relationship, but in reality, they don't.).
3.) No overall "balance" in their lives due to being a single mom.
4.) Reduced likelihood she's interested in having more kids.
It matters how people look at things as well though, I see this as more information available upfront that starts much needed dialogue between two mutually interested people to make a better decision going forward.
Me personally, I was against dating single mothers, then I met a single mother, LOL. We're engaged now. She addressed all of my concerns and I hers. It wouldn't have worked with ANY single mother.
Don't know why they suggested this to me so late...
Dating single mothers are literally doing twice as much work, for a woman with half the value. Not even getting into the cuck aspects of raising another man's child, why would any single man want to do twice as much work, in pleasing both the girl and her child, on top of the mother (unless she's a sh*tty parent) having very little time for you, to begin with? I feel bad for widows, but all other single mothers have no one to blame but themselves.
In any case, their kid should ALWAYS come first over their own selfish desires, so unless they find a single father or a man willing to change diapers and have 25% the availability with her compared to a single woman, single mothers should just accept their fate as undateable, because no one wants to deal with all that sh*t. I even once considered dating them, in the past. It's impossible to date a decent single mother without also having to be in the kid's life, so dating one is signing an unwritten contract to become a stepdad, as well. You better learn to change those diapers, boy!
Makes are biologically programed to eliminate the competition to his genes. The child that you have is competition to his offspring if he plans to have one with you.
This is why a lot of mammal males tend to kill offsprings of the females and why a lot of mammal females that build nests tend to try to prevent any males from approaching the best including their own mates.
Mirroring that back into humans, human males will try to eliminate or avoid females with children. They would be seen as burden and competition to their future children.
Similarly, some females will avoid males with children unless the male is really wealthy and powerful. They will still try to favor their own offsprings should they have them with the males.
Female humans or social mammals tend to cooperate in raising offsprings if they are grouped together instead. This is because they would become something of a herd and enjoy a much better protection against hostile males as well as more stability in securing food.
I do see a lot of guys refuse to date single mothers and I don't blame them.
They don't have to date someone who has a kid and they're not a bad person if they don't want too.
I never want kids, I'd never date someone who had kids because 1. Usually ex drama 2. The kid isn't mine and that comes with its own issues 3. I simply just don't want kids 4. Having to work around a schedule that involves a kid
So I personally completely understand why men don't want to date single mothers.
I'm not sure about ulterior motives? I hear guys say that they're easier to get in bed but I don't actually know if this is true.
@pumpklnpie I'm not against it, in any way!! But she has to be OK with a lot of things, like accepting help, and especially if the father is a loser, and isn't paying child support, and she is struggling!
I understand trying to protect the child, a new guy, suddenly there, and what if it doesn't work out, and the kid gets to know him, and like him, then he is gone! I TOTALLY understand that!
But maybe sometimes taking the chance, and going "ALL-IN" might be the best, and maybe it really works!!
I never wanted kids, but I have a nephew now, and I am learning how to deal with kids, and sometimes, they surprise you, and make you smile, and reconsider things. . .
@JackSmy That is most definitely not worth taking the chance.
Absolutely no single mother should be introducing her children to some random ass dude she doesn't even know properly yet, or if the relationship will even work out.
Kids need stability, they don't need new men in & out of their lives every month. They need a mum who cares about them enough to put them first and make sure they're okay, that's the responsibly you take on when you have a child.
@pumpklnpie So what does she do? I mean, if there is a guy that likes her, and accepts that she has kids, and knows she is struggling, alone?
Why shouldn't she have a guy that cares about her, and accepts that she has kids, and is willing to help, so she isn't so overwhelmed?
Which is worse? Being alone, and struggling, or connecting, and maybe finding some good one, that helps?
Life is about taking chances, and sometimes good, sometimes, maybe not. . .
She takes her time. It's now her responsibility to put her kids first and make sure they're safe.
That isn't inviting Random men into their lives when she hardly knows them.
A guy can care and help, without being in the childrens lives, he definitely shouldn't be having anything to do with them in the first 6months.
People that think the way above are also the type to blame the mum when she lets a guy into her life early on a 'chance' and he ends up hurting her & the kids - "She should've known better" - Literally no man is worth risking your kids safety.
You do not take chances on your kids lives, safety and stability.
Yeah maybe you’re right. But what makes it wrong is how they speak of ALL single mothers. You don’t have to date anyone you don’t want to. But being a pos human about it is unacceptable.
It's a lose-lose situation for the man. The dynamic is far different than a relationship with a childless woman. I personally refuse to date a single mother and invest my resources in another man's child (in another man's genetic pool). I invest my resources in MY children. Another man's child is not my child, plain and simple. And that's not me mentioning the attitude the single mother herself brings (check out the video). I always advice (young) men to stay away from dating single mothers as many step fathers and ex step fathers warn about the dangers of dating one. I tend to heed their warning.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/MdzLfiLCkrchttps://www.youtube.com/embed/vbwUfr5dRzYLol is this guy in this video for real? Hahahahahahahahaha.. sitting there with his gun on his table... stating things that aren't facts.. jeez, im so happy im married.. bc if the dating pool is filled with people who actually watch these videos and listen to them, smh, the world is in trouble.. this man also said never date a woman over 25.. CLEARLY HE IS A SMALL WEINER INCEL who is so damn jaded. Sure, people can choose to date whomever they wish but FOR GOD SAKES, THEY REASONS SHOULD MAKE INTELLECTUAL SENSE.
@Imcmullan This guy is describing what many men who walked that path have dealt with. He not only speaks from experience, but 100% facts of what many men out there are dealing with. So far you've discarded everything he said, pretty much engaged into ad hominems by insulting the man by calling him things like "incel", all without giving a single valid counter-argument. And then you have the audacity to insult someone else's intellect. And yet we are supposed to take your words seriously? A classic case of irony. Move on, you've pretty much made a fool out of yourself.
@Imcmullan I have no issues dating women. And I currently happen to be in a happy and healthy relationship with a wonderful girl. But thanks for proving my point about the irony I've pointed out.
Well, it's obvious as to why single moms are usually the last choice- they have the expense and time constraints of having a child or children. That can mean a lot of chaos as well as more people you need to get along with. Step-parents are rarely appreciated, should it get that far. It's much better to meet a childless woman and have kids with her rather than coming last in your partner's life or being expected to help babysit or raise someone else's kid.
That said, there are so many single moms out there that a lot of guys will have to date one if they want a girlfriend at all.
I have tried, two times, and each was a single mom, and the kids were 8-12. Both were dealing with the assbag fathers, not paying child support, and also working and trying to manage day-care before, and after school and so on.
They were AMAZGIN WOMEN!! OMG!! So much better than me, dealing with all the shit that they had to, and doing it, but still trying to find time for dates, or just talking, but not sharing me with the kid, because of those THOUSANDS of issues!!
I tried, and tried, but it was just too hard. Neither would let me 'In' and help, knowing the child, but they so often canceled, or were totally distracted on 'dates' in whatever way we tried.
I think if either would have let me help, trusted enough, it could have worked, somehow, from my perspective, and maybe helped her, but they were so concerned about what the child would feel, if, maybe. . .
Most men have a thing against dating women with children. The reason is simple. You have to think of the children as well and most likely the father/s of said children. It means less time to work on things between the person you are dating. The children should always come first. You will never be the center of that person's attention or affection if they are a good parent. It is an additional strain on your time, energy, finances, and nerves.
These are always things you should think about when choosing to date someone. So a single parent is something that you have to think about when choosing to date.
They get lonely also and need love also. I find it hard to want anything but to find out about them. Maybe find out why they are single, judging them beforehand is just wrong. Maybe their spouse was killed in war or by a freak accident. Maybe he was abusive or what if she was raped and decided to keep the child instead of condemning it. If she is special enough to be worth the effort. Now that being said, I would like to get to know her before I meet the child. It is not fair to the child to have people in and out of their life regularly. So if you date a single mom make sure she is more than a passing interest. Just because they have child does not make them a sex toy.
I don't see any taboo around single moms. The Jerry Maguire theory holds that guys should treat them differently because they have a kid, but that's unfair in my opinion. I was like 19 the first time I talked to a single mom, and she came on to me pretty hard. I gave her the line about not wanting to hurt her because I was only really looking for sex, and she laughed and said, yeah me too. She wasn't into me for my mind and didn't want another guy in her life in any case. She was looking for good sex because she hadn't got any in a long time.
Single moms are just women, and guys might be into them for any number of reasons. Besides, it's her job to define her situation.
I have nothing at all against single mothers. I think they're amazing people. I just personally am not interested in getting into a relationship with one because I don't want fatherhood thrust upon me. I'm not against having kids; I just want it to be my decision. I want to have a choice in the matter.
Also, I've never even been in a relationship before, and I just feel like having a kid is rushing ahead like 20 steps. That's fast-forwarding way too much.
I look at single mothers very carefully. I won't date a white girl with a black child because I feel that is what she prefers and I won't waste any time or money on someone that prefers someone else.
If they had the child out of wedlock then there is a good chance that she is not responsible and should not be trusted. If she was in a long term relationship then I might reconsider but these are important things to me when considering taking on her and all of her baggage.
some women get pregnant on purpose to trap a guy. That is another reason that I would be leary of them.
I think some single mothers are excellent people. It does seem to hell if they have a job, have one child and have their shit together though too. I know a lady who listened to men and went for a rich guy to marry. Rich guy had no prior convictions. He ended up hurting their child so she left, which is a smart move. I think she is still a good catch because of who she is as a person.
This wasn’t the question. Besides this why should I pick your friend over the single hot lady? Because she’ll have me? Your friend comes with more responsibility, a greater financial requirement, less time, and somebody else’s problems. I’m not raising someone else’s kids.
@VanillaSalt well it doesn’t seem there are any takers for you right now because you hate women sooooo... yeah... also if she has a job and he pays child support there should be no financial stress to you. If both have parenting time, there should be little to no time pressures. by the way my friend, Celia is a former beauty queen. So she’s pretty hot.
@VanillaSalt I mean why should women choose you? Like you’re the best catch? I highly doubt it. You’ve already said you hate women. I wouldn’t recommend any woman be around you. See that’s the point- men who say what you do are men like you. I can understand if she had 80 kids and no job and no child support. However, a fit lady, who has one child, who is very attractive, who is financially stable (she just bought a nice home) and just an all over good person shouldn’t have to suffer because of men who hate women automatically. It doesn’t seem like you deserve to raise any children. Why would that be wise? Hate ruins kids.
I haven’t always hated women. I stopped dating over a year ago because I got tired of the women in the market. And I still got nowhere but that’s not the point here. To be clear if your friends as quality as you say she’s only gonna pick a man who’s already worked out his problems without her. Why should a man who’s already quality that can find several young hot women without kids choose your friend? Any man your friend would be interested in has better younger options that don’t have kids so why should he choose your friend? Why would a man who’s got choices settle for your friend and adding her problem to an already volatile dating market? I’m not saying your friends not a catch but why date her over the younger childless version?
And child support shouldn’t exist any more than alimony. You chose to open your legs you get all the privilege of choosing to have kids considering abortion why should the man be on the hook if it’s your body your choice?
@VanillaSalt yeah that’s not what you’ve said over and over again how much you hate women. You also said you had a wife but then changed that too. Many men either do not want children, can’t have them, or have raised theirs. Most men aren’t interested in having them after 45 either. Very few after 40. So I guess those men aren’t quality to you either since you are so quick to judge. Who said she’s not hot? Most guys over the age of 35 aren’t finding 18-20 year olds if that’s what you mean by quality. Even when they do, it rarely works out because of the generational difference.
@VanillaSalt also I know that people with more experience know how to take care of their partners better too. Shame on you for dissing my BFF and all the women like her.
I can’t tell if you actually stupid or intentionally doing this... you always twist my words then accuse me of things I have never said or done. Again if I said I have a wife give me a god damn post where I said it. There’s a difference between hating women now and having always hated women. Why should a man with his shit together choose your friend who mad bad choices in men or in herself is exactly what I said. Men can be quality without kids so that’s not what I said. And if these guys are swimming in pussy why settle for anyone much less an already used middle age problem ridden woman who’s made bad choices since you want to insist I’m talking shit on your friend I will. Yes I’ll diss on women that made bad choices. Their single mothers. They picked the wrong man or they fucked it up and the man chose wrong period. Now their stuck being single with kids and no man wants to deal with the drama that comes with middle aged divorcees period. I’m done with you woman. You won’t twist my words again.
Don't feel sorry for your single mom friend. Her telling a guy that she has a son/daughter is the same going up to the man search options and deselecting "douchebag". She gets rid of all the assholes who she might otherwise get in a relationship with and be miserable because they can't see who she is for her heart. It is better to be alone than to be with a person who makes you wish you were alone.
Because a mans a touché for not wanting to raise someone else’s kid and coming in second at best for his whole life. You women sure are entitled to label men like that.
@VanillaSalt actually that’s another thing. You talk about being 2nd best? That’s exactly why you aren’t fit to be a father. You are too selfish to be one. But keep talking and proving my point.
@VanillaSalt I’m not twisting anything. I think everyone who reads what you are saying can agree you are not husband or father material.
A man don’t always want to be second best especially not to someone else’s child. It’s not mine. I don’t get to enjoy the woman before even making the kid so yes ima fucking be selfish and you can just go to hell. Don’t fucking talk about my fathering potential you know nothing about bitch.
Not to the poster of this question but to the many comments I see on the question, I've come to realize that GAG is filled with many miserable men that are super jaded.
First, dating someone with t children isn't a good choice.. its a preference... im a married mom so I wouldn't know anything about being a single mom with a child.. but what I can tell u is, not every mother out there that is divorced is a bad choice for dating. A real woman knows how to handle her work, family, and personal life. It doesn't mean she's not datable bc she had had life experiences... n it doesn't mean she made a bad choice bc she is single. Relationships don't always work out for people... and news flash dear, EVERYONE HAS BAGGAGE. .. every relationship will have obstacles.. also, u could very well be a blessing to that child n that child could be a blessing to you... saying women with children are bad choices for significant others is just an idiotic statement.
Also, what would u know about ANYTHING? U LITERALLY POSTED A QUESTION ASKING IF A GIRL CAN ORGASM VIA SEX WITH OUT CLITORAL STIMULATION..🤣🤣🤣🤣 HAHAHA.. you're A CHILD YOURSELF DUDE... HAHAHAHAHAHA... SOMETHING TELLS ME, YOU BETTER TAKE WHATEVER WOMAN THATLL HAVE U LOL
I think you're right about the ulterior motives. I think they view them as damaged goods, and thus easy to get into bed.
This might sound bad, but I don't mean for it to be bad. I've told guys on this site that pay hookers, to just find a nice single mom, and make her their steady friends with benefits or fuck buddy. Just be honest about your intentions. A struggling single mom can't afford to go out to dinner or buy drinks. But if the guy has enough money for hookers, then he can help the single mom out. Fill her gas tank, buy her groceries. Buy the kid or kids some toys. Take her out on the town. Help her with the rent.
I have nothing against hookers, but I'm sure most of them are just going to buy drugs with the money.
Why should a single guy make a single mother his burden? When it's not his fault she had a kid with someone else?
The kid definitely isn't the guys responsibility nor should he be made to feel like he has to spend his hard earned money on some single mother instead of himself and his own wants/needs :)
@PumpklnPie
I feel like you're responding to the wrong person. Did you read my reply?
Yes..."I've told guys on this site that pay for hookers to just fine a nice single mum" - Why do they have to do that... when they can just pay for a hooker? And not have to pay towards things for a single mother and her children that he isn't responsible for?
Getting involved with a single mother in that way is taking on a commitment, especially if you're buying things for her children lol - She'll probably grow to expect the money or help with money issues whereas a hooker has no attachment.
@PumpklnPie
"Why do they have to do that..." No one said they have to do anything. I was just making a suggestion. I know two guys who only hire escorts once per month, because they don't want the hassle of a girlfriend. They would like to fuck more than once per month, but $600 is a lot of money.
Why not just find a kinky couple who is into threesomes? Or a married woman who's either poly, or has a hall pass? Why not find a fuck buddy on Tinder? Or, why not find a single mom who's struggling, and be honest that all you want from her is sex? I think you're making this way to complicated.
No, the way you've worded it was specifically that they should look for single mothers and pay for her shit which she should be paying for herself lmao
@PumpklnPie
Much better to pay for the whore's shit.
Yeah it is 😂 I'd rather support a working woman, since that's her job and actually enjoy myself and have no commitment - Rather than spend money on some women and a kid that isn't even mine 😂
@PumpklnPie
LOL Do you need me to change my opinion so you can sleep tonight? And what's up with all this commitment talk. Do you not know how this whole fuck buddy thing works? Let me know if you need me to agree with you, and I will.
What world are you living In that you think a fuck buddie buys things for the kids? Or owes the the person he's fucking any of his money? 😂😂 I don't need you to agree with anything, I just can't believe you actually think this way
@PumpklnPie
LOL You really are stupid. I was saying that rather than give the money to a crack whore, then just give a little to help a single mom. I don't know why this gets you so triggered.
What an ugly person you are. You made fun of someone who was raped in here too though. What a stupid bitch you are. What comes around goes around. Not all single moms deserve to be treated as prostitutes.
She did say friends with benefits and she said "be honest with your intentions.". So no one is getting taken advantage of here. Honestly, I thought it was a novel idea, what she proposed.
I won’t date single mothers. Her kids come first. Your not their father. Besides she’s single with kids for a reason. Bad choices.
I would think twice about it.
First, the kid would not be happy and maybe resentful that their mother has a new person in her life.
Second, I don't want another man effecting my relationship. Where there are kids there is a father. Any decent father would want to look after his kids. I would not want to stand in his way.
Bottom line is kids complicate things. I guess a man needs to ask himself is it going to be worth the effort.
This shows that you are not father material to begin with. Children are a blessing. Also if she works and gets child support she should be able to support one or two children just fine.
With custody the at it is now, you shouldn’t ha em to intervene.
Sometimes Single Moms have still have ties with the Child's father
this is something every guy got know that the babies dad will part
of he/she's life so this is why one would be hesitant to date a
Single Mom but this is not always the case?
I'm not sure what you mean by ulterior motives? But yeah plenty of men simply don't want to date a single mother because they don't want to raise another man's kid.
Of course they are! Why would any normal guy CHOOSE to date a girl who has kids, who is too old, who is too young, who is too fat, who is unattractive, who is already in a relationship, etc., etc. When a guy is putting down a list of what he's looking for in a partner, "single mom" never comes up as a desirable characteristic.
Yes, many are hesitant-- less so if they have kids of their own as well.
Ulterior motives-- well that's more individualistic. Not sure if you're referring to the guy or the single mother but either has potential to carry a motive.
i wouldn't just because i dont really ever want kids and i dont want drama with her ex lol. i just couldn't handle it lmao it would be bad for everyone involved
If I were single, I would have no problem dating a single mother. However, it seems that a lot of guys are concerned about taking on the responsibility of a child.
I mean if you love the girl and she loves you back you should do it. I mean personally for me yes I would prefer if she didn't have kids already from another relationship but it wouldn't stop me from being with someone.
Absolutely yes. There’s 3 reasons why:
1. Baby daddy will always be in the picture.
2. You have to help raise another mans baby.
3. She will rely on you to provide more than ever.
All 3 are major deal breakers.
Sorry a lot of single moms have a job. I think it does make a difference with how many children she has. But if she has a job and he pays child support, there should be no reason those problems exist. Also, I think talking about horrible it is to raise someone else’s child is a huge slap in the face to foster children and adopted children. You aren’t fit to be a father with that attitude. Children are a blessing.
As long as your personal boundaries preclude getting serious enough to get attached to her kid (s) or heartbroken when she turns out to be banging baby daddy on the side, then why not?
Single mothers are no different than any other ladies. They want someone steady that they can fall in love with. It's difficult to be in their situation but you should be happy if one of them loves you. You start out with a ready-made family to boot.
Sorry, that's why most women post pics without their kids until first few dates. It's off putting instantly. Cuz then we get to never spend time with each other or in picking up the mess of another man's kid. Not cool
I don't assume they have ulterior motives. But I still stay clear of them, cause I don't want another dudes child in my life.
You will always be second to the kid & a lot of people want to be their lover's #1.
Depends a lot on the age and circumstances, but by default, most are. And not without reason. The only universal thing that can be said is - it's quite a bit of baggage. Not everybody can handle it and not everybody wants to handle it.
Yes children are a big responsibility. That’s why many men are not fit to be fathers. To think we are all baggage as we were all children once is a red flag of someone not being adequate parent material.
@Orangesareyummy children are a big responsibility, true, but that's not the difficult part here. Raising someone else's children is quite unnatural, and the vast majority of men aren't willing to do it. Also many women aren't fit to be mothers, I don't know why are you trying to turn it all on men.
Shame on you for degrading orphans who are in the same situation. Children are a blessing. Men who dislike them or judge them aren’t fit to be fathers to begin with.
@Orangesareyummy I'm not degrading anyone, don't be a snowflake. It's an undisputable fact that most people out there who want children, want children of their own. Now with adopting an orphan, it's usually something a couple decides and agrees on. Single parenthood, on the other hand, is often a package deal, nor are the two sides in the same position, only one of them is expected to accept it.
Not to mention the fact that there are many single mothers out there who were cheap whores when they were younger, and got pregnant and dumped by some random degenerate. And being in a relationship with such trash, and raising such a child is about the last thing any man would want, so that's an additional risk.
Snowflake? How fuckin lame and outdated are you? I read what you said. Don’t try to backpedal. Again children are a blessing.
@Orangesareyummy I'm not backpedaling out of anything, I stand behind everything I wrote. And yes, you're kinda being a snowflake, randomly accusing me of degrading children, when it was clear from the beginning I never did such a thing
I didn’t even read you last comment. It just the same hateful bullshit. I rarely check gag anymore because of the hateful fake bull shit.
@Orangesareyummy So you don't even read my comments but still feel the need to reply? What a fucking snowflake!
I can only speak for myself. I do not date single mothers. My motive is to date a woman with no kids around.
I wouldn't date a single mother currently, at least not for a serious relationship as I don't want to deal with the consequences of her failed relationship (s).
Yes, more than likely the just look for a man to leech off his resources. When theyre done with him, they go to the next one.
Usually yes but personally no
Saves me a job and allows me all the perks of having kids without the perpetuation of my corrupted genes
Nothing against single moms, as I understand unfortunate things happen and we make mistakes as humans, but single moms aren't for me personally so I won't waste her time nor mines.
A smart man ignores a whore who carries so much baggage.
They are because then they’re going to take care of the kid for the rest of their lives
Many men will date single mothers because that way they can date more attractive women.
For me personally I don’t/won’t date a single mom. I am not ready for kids
I don't know about ulterior motives but kids really overcomplicate the relationship.
Single moms and good for pumping and dumping. Nothing more.
She let the bad boy plant his seed in her and now she wants the beta to take care of the bills. This is what dating a single mom is all about.
Yes I wouldn't date single mother. If I had my own kids it might be different.
I would want to make sure her kid likes me before becoming too serious
I accidentally chose the wrong option.
No way I'd date a single mom. I have no interest in raising a other man's orgasm!
I have no interest in single mothers. Nor do i wanna give stupid sympathy
Most guys don't feel like raising another man's child.
We just worry about the pressure of having a kid and what we would have to do being in a relationship with Women thats a already a Mum.
I have no desire to date a single mother no.
no they are amazing... and the best sex ( no lie)
Yes.
Few people want a second hand family.
I think very few people want a heartless person like you. Children and humans are not second hand. You are scum.
I want to have my own family to invest in. Should my kids be denied resources to reward other people’s mistakes?
If you had a heart, you would discourage behaviour that leads to being a single parent. That’s the best outcome. Not making excuses for them and rewarding them.
If you had a heart you would speak so despairingly about adopted and orphaned children. They aren’t biologically yours. I guess to some that means they are second hand. Again you’re scum. Some people would love to have children but can’t. I guess that means they are second rate too. Mistakes? Children are not a mistake. You are though.
If you can have kids that has nothing to do with this situation.
If they’re orphans, then how about you ask a parent if they would choose their kid over an orphan of forced to. As unfortunate as it is everyone is going to prioritize their own kids and they do so every single day when they buy things for their kids instead of donating to orphans.
If you have kids with a screw up or if you are a screw up and bring them into a bad life, yes that’s a mistake, it means you fucked those kids over.
I donate to a charity for disadvantaged kids, that’s me doing my part, what about you? But I’m always going to prioritize my family first, and I’m not obligated to be with you because you had kids with someone else and blew it.
If you can’t* have kids
I think that be nice to fall of a single mom.
I would fuck one but date NEVER
I would never date someone with a kid
I am bcoz of multiple bad experiences.
They have ulterior motive/s they gave birth to.
It's by default, please steer clear.
All the truly single women are dead?
Thanks Shadez!
Thanks Physics!
They’re good in bed but that’s about it
I think you’re scum for saying that about all single mothers. There are some wonderful single moms out there.
@Orangesareyummy
I know I’m scum, but I don’t care.
I guess that all you’re good for too is some dick.
@Orangesareyummy yes, indeed
Yeah I look at you the same as I look at a prostitute.
