How to work around an attractive coworker all day?

I have to stay in the same room with a very handsome man that I am extremely attracted to. I get really excited when I look at his big arms and hands. And I struggle to hide it. He knows I am attracted to him and he enjoys it very much. He tries to flirt with me too.

im not interested in a relationship with him but I just don’t know how to ignore it. I’m a very visual person so when I see attractive things , I get excited. I try to hide it (facially) but sometimes I’m unsuccessful. I have never made a move on him and I never intended to. But I just get happy whenever I see him because I just love the sight

i juat wanna know how I can just ignore it and act like a normal human being , just like everyone else around the office

Girls are as afraid of rejection and idea he might say I have a girlfriend already as much as guys. So I don't think she is ready to ask him out. But I would brush up her seduction techniques If I were her.

I'm saying fuck him to get rid of the curiosity.
Could be all that's needed to get rid of the urge. Or, they both have a good time and find a fun new way to relieve stress.
