Is there a difference between a "great time" , good, and "nice time" ?

This guy just messaged me 3 days after our date to say that "I had a nice time". I was taken a back cuz i truly felt like I had an absolutely great time and I feel like maybe it was just me now who thought so. What do I say? Can I ask- What would make it great? Or would that be weird? Thank you!

Well I am not the best at communicating. I am usually told I'm to forward, to blunt and that it scares people off. I tend to like to get straight to the point-no bullshit-tell it how it is (even with casual flings) So that's why I came on here to see if it truly made a difference in how he said it. But thank you, I should ask him. I just worry maybe it might seem like I'm forcing something out of him.

Being direct is the best way to get answers to your questions. It's not something you should be ashamed of. The person you're talking with has the delicateness of a bulldozer in a china store. If you want to know something and I got taht knowledge, I give that knowledge to you. Does it hurt? Reality is not gonna change because of your being delicate. Be yourself, talk to him. Be subtle if you want, but make him understand that you're interested. Circling around the problem is only going to delay your obtaining of the data you long for.

Is there a limit to selecting MHO? I thought I never chose one (that I can remember). Logged in to select but looks like someone else got it. Not sure if it was accidentally selected by me before or if one gets chosen randomly after awhile

I think sex would make it a great time, but I think you are just overthinking this, because there is nothing wrong with him saying he had a nice time.

I definitely would have let him if he wanted to but he didn't want to do anything sexual so soon ( but we also didn't talk about this on the date, just in the couple weeks leading up and I didn't want to assume he would change his mind)

because for me there is a big difference. If I say I had a nice time, I mean it was mediocre and could have been great but wasn't. If I say great, it means better than nice. I would say fun is somewhere in between great and nice
