Why haven't I met a guy who wants to date and get to know me?

I've been single for 4.5 years now. I've improved myself, tones up and released the ex. I've put myself out there a lot!! Meetup events, Dating apps off and on. I'm completely over the apps and have given up. I've been on many 1st or 2nd dates and it just doesn't click. Either I'm not interested or their not interested. It's always the guys I like to go further with clearly don't feel the same.
I'm beyond frustrated by this. Some people days 3-8 months and test it out. I haven't even had that experience, why? I'm confused as hell. I've even stopped dating, and focused on my self I've traveled, hobbies, hung w/friends. It still doesn't happen when your not looking. That line is BS.
I'm attractive, kind and feminine. Not even 1 guy wants to go further. The last guy was 1.5 months and that was a "Situationship" and he didn't want to commit and I didn't want to date a man with a child.
