Yep absolutely. Funny I’ve seen girls share they cunt “save the date” meme that says “Gold Digger: like a hooker but smarter” and it has drawing of a woman looking at a diamond ring while smiling.

I guess some guys do this because: 1) for optics it makes them look better than just getting a random hooker and/or 2) they want to fool themselves that the girl really has feelings for him. Deep down they know it’s bullshit but they can indulge the fantasy.

Anyway people take advantage of each other in dating all the time. It can be about other things beyond money and sex.

I guess if both sides are transparent about what they really want it’s an okay arrangement. A 60 year old man knows damn well he will never in all likelihood get a hot 19 year old girl to fall in love with him. If the 19 year girl (who is a legal adult) really is that lazy to tolerate the discomfort of being banged by a grandpa then that’s on her. She’s a legal adult and not a victim. I would disagree even as a guy depending on the context. As with other parts of dating we look for certain traits, whether it be someone's looks, social status and in cases finance. We look for a mate looking towards the future, if your partner doesn't financially look stable one would look for the hardship they would have to endure. Same if someone is not healthy and etc. That is not to say there aren't anyone out there looking for someone soley based on a individuals financial status but that can go both ways as I have know friends who date women with better finances.
