Do you find stable relationships boring? Saw this video it says that most women find it boring because most are used to extreme high & lows?

Never been in relationship but I think I'm "boring" guy because I'm level headed and rarely get mad or be obnoxious?

I dated somebody who was abused as a kid by her parents and older brother. She may have been bi-polar too. Once in a while she would get drunk and abuse me. She would get into an argument with me and sometimes she would get violent. The rest of the time she would be really sweet and loving. It was nuts but it sure wasn't boring. Boring would have been nice.

Definitely not true for all women but it did used to be true for me. I mellowed out as I got older though.
