What should a woman wear on a first date? (lunch date)?

I’m going to go out with a new guy tomorrow. I don’t know if I should wear leggings (something more athletic), jeans and a nice shirt, or a dress? What’s the most attractive thing a girl can wear on a lunch date?

You want to be your most attractive, and it sounds like you want to make a fabulous impression. That means you already have a positive outlook on this person. Yes what you want to wear is very important.

If the profile photo is true and accurate, I would go with a fun flirty dress. Something simple, but also something that shows you have great legs (fit/athletic). Not the famous little black dress, something that has some color and flows nicely over your curves without throwing things out to viewing so to speak.

Well, depends on the venue I’m sure. Also, it can be cool to talk about what you want to wear with your date so that you two can have some positive or coordinated similarities in outfit. I prefer a woman to look good, but be comfortable. There are so many options, it’s really all up to her.

I'd say a cute dress or skirt. Just above the knee or mid-thigh, max. Even a long skirt is fine. Skirts look nice when the hems are loose and swishy. But I think the dress should fit the form of your body above the waist. The same with a top. Maybe a shirt or sweater that is stretchy. A top should scoop and show some of your upper chest and neck but not cleavage (or at least not very much). Show your shape but not too much skin on the first date.

It really depends on the date, it would be really awkward and hot and not the good hot, I mean the sun is burning up hot to wear a full length outfit if you guys are going to the pool for a date.

Lunch is upscale for athletic, just not as upscale as a dinner. So jeans and shirt is good. Also a summer dress is good if it's warm and sunny.

I feel like lunch dates go back and forth between casual and styled. Like you could totally wear leggings and a tight tank top or you could totally wear a dress. It just depends on how you are feeling. But they are both really cute and sometimes sexy looks.

I would suggest you wear something nice, I always think a dress is feminine and fits pretty much any occasion. Not many women seem to wear dresses anymore. I think it could make you stand out. Good luck! Have fun!

it really depends on how ya feel about the guy i can't tell ya what to wear it's all accordin to how ya feel about the guy because most women dont dress sexy for men they're not into i dont go on dates until sex happens for different reasons to me datin is relationship type treatment and is a waste of energy time and money to see where things go so for me once i get laid i'd go on dates with women twice a week

That depends. Is the date casual or formal? Why not ask the guy who is taking you on the date? Casual, I would say shorts or a skirt but not leggings. Formal, a skirt or dress would work.

I think it depends on where you are going. If you are going to a high end restaurant then a dress would be splendid. But if you go to a date at a normal restaurant, a shirt will be fine.

I would say either a dress or jeans and a nice t-shirt. As much as leggings look good and can be comfortable and I don't think it's a bad thing to wear. I just feel like the jeans or dress are just more appropriate
