Depends on what you're doin? I wouldn't want my girl wearing something that short if we were goin out, but if you were having an in nite, that's another story. Also you commented that he saved his suit from that nite, I would bet he will remember the dress then. Funny the little details we remember but other things we can not. Have a great time with it, have him bring the suit and try it on. My bride and I did that with her wedding dress and my uniform, they didn't fit hardly at all but we had a great nite with lots of memories.(married 34yrs)

I think it’s super tiny now lol but was this dress some kind of importance during your date? Did he highlight and compliment it? Just wondering because many men don’t really correlate and remember outfits like that. Would you be upset if he really didn’t remember? If the dress really didn’t have much meaning aside from the first date, I just would save the possibly annoyance of him maybe not remembering
Honestly it could be cute as role-playing scenario where you give him a heads up that you want to recreate your first date for him or else there's a decent chance he doesn't remember the dress and then it's just awkward. Also I would keep it to an at home event it might look a bit strange in a casual, public setting.

The idea is fine , Im just afraid he will not remember ( men often dont ) you get angry , and the night is in ruins. For the idea to work he has to remember , thats the problem.

If you want to surprise him then don't get mad when he doesn't remembers it. If you know you will get angry then it is a stupid idea.
