So honestly I've never had any proper serious relationships but i’ve always had some guy to text and talk to/flirt with (basically date but not officially date 🙄) However, lately, i’ve cut off from every guy because it is my age to get married and if they dont want to get serious then I would rather cut them off. But i am depressed and unmotivated to do anything. I don’t know if it’s because I am single or just generally feeling lazy after the lockdown in my country. I left my job, have no boyfriend, stuck in the toxic web of social media and seeing everyone happy with their lives makes me more depressed. I am at home most of the time because I am an introvert.
So really, is it because im single or does it mean i have to get my life together anyway before finding a guy? i know getting my life together would be sensible but whats the point when i know i won't be happy without a partner. I feel lonely and sometimes i feel a partner would make me happy no matter what situation i am in. Even with a job and no partner I've been sad. Is it normal to feel like this?
