Guys, Are we dating?

I've had this guy friend for 10➕ years. We used to talk on the phone 2+ hrs a day, back in 2011 but never hung out. We both got busy with work. I got into a relationship for 4 years. We stayed friends on Facebook but did not talk. We kept missing eachother when we were single. He was there for me during a breakdown i had in 2019. I got broken up with, 3 days later my dog died & i was also in the hospital. He is always there for me when i need someone to lean on. In October he called to ask me out to lunch, didn't get to hang out long because he had stuff to do. Then November was a busy month for me, i went to a concert then a 3 day festival in vegas the following weekend so i was out of town. When i came back i asked him out to see the new Halloween but this time he was going out of state to see his dad for over a week. He came back home on a Sunday morning and by noon he called to ask me to the movies. We went & then to dinner. He opened the car door for me twice that night which is sweet. The Saturday before Christmas he called to ask me out again to the movies, this time we went to the drive in. He picks me up, he pays, he does chivalrous things BUT he hasn't made a move, he also is kind of hesitant to make eye contact when we're alone. I'm just kind of confused. Are we dating? Lol and also, he's never liked texting he's always preferred calls, but now that we have been hanging out he only calls to set up a date. We'll like eachothers posts on Facebook and watch eachothers stories as a way of keeping in touch through the week, messages online here & there. We both work full-time, he works in the trade industry & he also has side jobs that keep him busy so the little time he does have he spends it with me. I do not want to put ANY pressure on him so i am just going with the flow. He also fixed my heater & gave a $600 discount recently & maintenance on my g-parents ac in August. Advice?
