Why fat women seem to be bitter and mean?

I’m gay and I am friends with two women. One is overweight and unattractive, and the other one is beautiful. While these two are “good” friends, the fat one always tries to compete and badmouth the attractive friend to me. I don’t want to be two faces so I never tell my other friend about that whale. She is so mad that she doesn’t get the same amount of attention and she always questions why guys don’t ask her out instead. I am so confused here. Like do fat women live in delusional thinking they are attractive?

I’ve read the comments where the females are berating you for talking about the fat woman. The reason women do this is because your onto something or they personalize it.
The truth is you just described every bitter fat broad in the world.
I see women in the comments blaming it all on men. This is typical of the western female. Most have an inability to accept criticism , and they deflect , project , and blame men for being fat and unattractive, with an unattractive attitude to boot. I always thought it was a good cook and fork to blame. The thing is I know a whole bunch of fat women with skinny men that are happy as a hog in slop. So it’s not mens fault some men like a little meat with their potato’s the thing is these women that don’t have a man are probably man shopping out of their lane. Hating on the hot women because they get to screw who they want and poor ole Fanny there has to take what she can get it pisses em off , because women are jealous and covetous of each other and want what the other one has quite a lot like small children. To be fair there are men like that too. Mad and bitter because they hunt outside their lane get turned down and it becomes a cycle they get locked into.
I have noticed the most unhappy people are the ones who can’t stay in their lane.

Do they? I mean I guess it tends to be either-or. They are either bitter that they haven't gotten as much sexual attention as their peers, or they appreciate it a lot more.

The VAST majority in my experience are the latter. And I WISH I could find them attractive because they're some of my coolest friends. But I'm not going to force myself to like her when she could be dating a guy who doesn't have to force himself to like her. I've tried that before. All that comes out is pain.

I am not advocating either of them.
But fat women are humiliated a lot by people (especially men).
And if you're a woman you have to be "thin, attractive, and sexy.
If a woman is fat, people (especially men) say, "you're a "whale", you're a bear, you're a potato, you're a sack of shit, you are not even a woman".
Fat women are very upset because of the imposition thus, everyone's (especially men's) attention is focused on thin women.
The female body is always referred to as a sexy body (well, why).
That's why fat women get upset and can react negatively.

I think women should support each other and ignore men instead of competing with each other and competing with each other to look good to men.

Because they are fat, out of shape and usually unattractive. They don't get as much attention and they are not normally desired. So they compensate by getting bitter and mean. When fat people male or female say they are happy with their selves, their body they are bull shitting their selves. No body likes a fat ass, not even the fat ass.
