Girls, How can I get over the feelings of sadness now that I'm certain she's not interested?

Anonymous
I have been in frequent contact with her for a while Currently it is completely online and a few months ago I admitted to having feelings for her and she felt the same but she was coming out of a really bad relationship. So I told her to just work out her feelings and take her time deciding what she wanted to do.

Yesterday I asked her if she decided but I assured her that she could take more time if she needed to decide and that I was just asking. I also continued say if she did decide I would like to know what she decided and I assured her that if she decided to stay just friends I wouldn't mention dating again and that it would not be a problem but that if she felt the same I wanted to discuss where to go from there.

It's been 24 hours now and she hasn't responded but she has been active on Instagram so I know she's ignoring me. I've accepted that she's definitely not interested in me romantically and that it is likely that she no longer wants to be friends. I've accepted all of it but it is painful and I'm not sure what to do to make it a little easier. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to get over it?
