Should I tell my partner of 3 years I have been lying about my age?

Question

For reference my partner thinks i am 19, he is 21 and i am past the age of consent and didn't do anything worry-some until after i was past the age of concent (out of respect and because i was nervous)

My partner is now asking if i would like to move in and im not sure how to tell them i can't for another year...

Should i make up an excuse and continue the lie or should i Finnaly come clean? They love me for my personality and never cared about looks aswell as they claim they dont care about age because love is love but I'm nervous to tell them. Help?

This is going to be a learning experience for you let's just hope that it's not a bad learning experience for you and I mean that in any many ways
First of all when two people get together and they become a couple it's because they like each other they bond and their becomes loyal Unity as one

There is trust there is respect and that's what you build your foundation on that when you tell this guy everything that he believes in you everything that he has thought of you he's going to say to you you lied to me you lied to me I can't trust you I don't even know who you are and why would you put me in this position he's going to ask you do you know the amount of trouble I can get into why did you tell me this why didn't you tell me sooner

He's going to look at you and then say what else have you lied to me about this whole thing has been a lie

So just be prepared for the outcome he's going to be devastated it's going to be hurt no matter how much the love that he has for you right now you have to understand the positions that you have put him in and yourself

Honestly you need to tell him right away you need to protect him by being honest with him

So for your future do not lie
In any relationship the first time somebody lies the relationship there is no trust then and when there's no trust there's no relationship always be honest with yourself always be honest with everybody there's nothing in this world that you can do did you should not be able to tell the truth
Everything we do in life we make a choice with that choice we choose who we want to be by the things we say and do
So your choice to lie to the guy that day would he ask you your age you got any reason for it right

So now you have to be honest about it if you want to stay with him you better tell him why you lied about it maybe he will forgive you but you have to be honest from this day forward with yourself first

You have lied for three years and you can either tell him now or he will learn about it later. When you tell him, it will be a tremendous blow to his idea of who you are and it could very easily end your relationship.

Yes, you need to be honest. It’s not good to lie about that, especially since you are under 18 and they are 21… It still is wrong. How did you go on for 3 years lying to them?

That’s a pretty big lie for a lot of people… And it could ruin the relationship. But you need to be honest with your partner, because what the hell are you going to do if you never tell them? You cannot keep up the lie forever.

It’s a pretty big thing. You lied to him for three years 😐 So don’t be surprised if he gets upset. Just don’t continue with the lying, it will make things worse.
