We all want our SOs to be perfect. They insist on cooking for you, and you have no idea about their cooking skills. You play on your phone or whatever, and when it comes, you swear you didn't hear any smoke alarms going off buuut it looks awful. They show a good face of "you like it, right? Right? Right? Right?" as if they did a great job! You're no gordon ramsay but you can tell that you'd rather just buy pizza. Are you willing to put up with them and their food or break them down gently... or break it off immediately?

I was grown up to appreciate the food that many don't have.

I hate to waste unless the food is factually inedible or poisonous.

Sometimes I share left overs it with animals

If it lacks enough salt, oh I'll add some... etc

I will suck it up and praise their efforts, but I will also be honest if they ask and always avoid exaggerations and just say a compliment (I must find something I like, textures, spice etc) along with what I find was a "little bit too much.. "

I would be fine with it. I mean, I wasn’t the best cook when I first started cooking… Hell, even sometimes I mess things up horribly, even if I’ve cooked it a million times. Plus, I like cooking the majority of the time.


I would just try and teach them. Some people are unreachable, but if they are… Again, I would be fine with it. Maybe they can just get the frozen meals that you can make in the microwave, or invest in an air fryer or whatever lol!

I have seen the same from women! Straight up I dated a woman that burned eggs. How the fuck do you burn eggs? Every female that I've been with couldn't cook worth a shit. One did outbake me though..
