How should I move forward with this relationship?

I have been seeing this girl for two months now, and I have developed strong feelings for her. After our third date she told me that she had recently gotten out of a serious relationship where her ex cheated on her. I knew there was a risk of me being a rebound but I said screw it and went forward with it because I liked her. 3 weeks ago she told me that she wouldn’t pass up being with the right person because of being fresh out of a relationship, and that she would like to take things slow but she likes me. Since then we have been hanging out 3-4 times a week. I have met her dad and hung out with all of her friends, and she has met my friends. She has told me she really likes me since the initial talk and we talk about future plans. However, she still has things at the old apartment that her ex still lives at, and he will text her. She is open about what they say to each other and that she is over him. I did see that she was sending him memes the other day on social media and it made me uncomfortable. Is it time to define our relationship or should I wait longer, and am I just setting myself up for pain?

I guess in life you just go towards what makes you happy. Hope for the best, prepare yourself for the worst.
Thinking back, every relationship I ever had was with a woman who had recently broken up with somebody else who probably wanted her back.
I also never gave much thought to their exes, I was just into her and I think that's usually the best play. Just stay in your own lane and enjoy every minute with her.
