My neighbor is cheating on his girlfriend. I feel obligated to tell on him. How best do I go about this?

He is a player to the core. I mean like, I see him come home with different girls, even whores.

In my neighborhood, everyone usually minds their business and I've been minding my business but I'm tired of doing so because his girlfriend is around for the weekend. That's the only time I don't see strange women around.

She is usually quiet but I was on the porch today and somehow we struck a conversation for the first time and I found out that she is from my hometown. I now feel obligated to tell her the truth. Especially when she started gushing about how she loves him and hopes to end up with him.

She looks like she needs someone to talk to and I was somewhat tongue tied but I feel the need to tell her tomorrow. Especially as he is not around. She revealed that he was away on business (which I think is a lie) and she felt like just relaxing at his place so he gave her the keys to the apartment. She even revealed that she was getting bored and wants to leave tomorrow to her home but that he told her to wait for him. She said if she leaves, he will be very angry, so she won't. She's so alone and I feel sorry for her.
How best do you think I should break it to her?

You know so many times it's so good to do the right thing but when you do the right thing sometimes this is what's going to happen the girls not going to really give a shit because she loves him she's going to call you names and tell you you're full of shit because he wouldn't do that and she's going to turn it around on you to make you look bad like you said everybody in that neighborhood Minds their own business well she's going to tell everybody that you're starting rumors and then what's going to happen the boyfriend's going to hear about it and then he's going to start trying to pick up on you and she's going to see that and so now you're the bad guy you got to really think about doing the right thing sometime sometimes it's just not worth it sometimes you got to look at it as if it's their destiny let them figure it out it will happen when it happens and if it doesn't that means they're both okay with it because I'm sure they're both not stupid think about it before you do it and if you do do it do not word it the way you did on here because she will go nuts on you not on him

Do you consider her a friend? Basically stay out of it lol. Not your business and she'll find out eventually guaranteed. You don't know for example that she doesn't already know (or suspect) and simply isn't doing anything about it? Many women don't for fear of being single or the fear of ending the relationship (holding on to the hope of love or "he'll change"). If that's the case, it won't matter what you say to her it won't change anything. But I guess if you're determined, try to reverse it and how would you react if it was you? What could a stranger/neighbor say to you? Do that I guess lol. My only thoughts if a neighbor came up to me is "mind your own business".

Or you could try to slip her an envelope with the photo of the person cheating and a letter saying "You deserve better than this.
