Not at all. I agree that it is very poorly phrased but the core of that piece of advice is excellent.
Got too big of a tummy? If you are comfortable with it and still feel attractive in yourself that will end up described as cozy, comfortable, real dad-bod vibes you know? Instead of a simple fat.
Lacking hair? Same thing. If it bothers you it will be first on the list but if it doesn't people also will not see it as as big a deal.
Even if you're awkward socially as long as you act confident - that is you put yourself out there and try your best with a smile - it will normally come across as endearing.
I fully agree the advice is cliche and often not helpful unless out into context but it is ultimately good advice.

What advice would you LIKE to receive then? A defeatist attitude won't get you anywhere with women I can promise you that.

I don't agree with that assessment at all! lol I think that being confident is fantastic advice for people of all appearances.
Of course it is, women are still always gonna be into looks and or material
I think your next question will be about this topic and you really are not asking for advice
