The first case ended without johnny being allowed to provide any evidence of her abuse.
They sided with her because the metoo movement was in full swing and it was considered “wrong” to not believe a female.

Johnny is suing now because her bullshit has cost him his career. He is forcing the courts and the public to take a closer look at the truth and provide actual evidence of her actions.
Already in the case there has been enough proof to show she was the bad guy. She was a bully and the abuser, there is audio of her admitting to hitting him, there is hospital records of all his bruises and shattered finger. She shit in his bed. She is insane.
