Is My Friend In The Right For Doing This?

Hello I'm 20 years old and in college majoring in electoral engineering. I have a friend in college who is 23 years old and he's a veteran from the air Force. He recently told me that me and my girlfriend are not going to last and we're going to break up eventually. My friend told me that when he was younger, he was made fun of by girls back in school (including high school for being overweight). before and during the military, he tried to get with women, but he got rejected a lot by women. He's now fit and now he's trying to take advantage over it. He said that he's trying to hookup with most girls as possible. He only goes for girls who looks for relationships to use them and to make the girl feel bad once he's done with him (because the girl was looking for a relationship; not a hookup). He said it's not fair how back then when he was younger everyone else was getting in relationships while he was single and kept getting rejected. I keep telling him what he is doing is wrong, but he won't listen to me.

Including your update, what he's doing is very wrong! He's punishing innocent people that had nothing to do with what he went through in highschool.. Should all men be punished because some men rape women? Should all men be punished because of those that physically abuse women?
The women he's using, playing games with did nothing to deserve that.. And decent people don't use their past hurts as an excuse to do wrong...
If anything, should be a reason why would never treat someone that way, because he knows how much it hurts, so why would he put people that did nothing wrong through what he says he went through🤷🏼‍♀️

He's hurting innocent people, becoming for each of the them the exact thing those people were to him when they rejected him. Hurt people, hurt people. He is wanting to put his anger, resentment and pain he has because of women in group A1 onto women in group B2. If he pushese those emotions deep enough into them he will most likely hurt them. He thinks since he was hurt i a certain way he is allowed to hurt others in yhe same way. He can do it if he is capable of doing it but might end up with severe consequences because of it. It would also nake him a gutter slime.

Whether the girls in the past treated him bad or not, he should not be punishing the women that did not treat him bad and are looking for relationships. If he just wants to use them for sex, he should find like minded women. He needs to see a psychologist because there's no excuse for using his past experiences as a reason to emotionally abuse women.
If he enjoys inflicting emotional pain on women, this is a red flag and somebody needs to keep an eye on this bastard to make sure he's not doing anything worse.
