What should I do next?

I'm 18 and just met a 23 year old guy today and he's actually really cute. I found an excuse to talk to him even and we talked for an entire hour! But I forgot to get his contact info. But since I met him through some relatives I think I might be able to get it from them. But at the same time I don't think that's very proper of me. I might come off as creepy. I really like him but I'm also scared that if I do possibly get closer to him then I might just get hurt in the end. I also don't think my seven brothers would approve of me dating someone more than a year older than me... But as if I even have a chance. I used dandelions and made a wish over and over again that I might have a chance with him. I just don't really know what to do. What's the next step to take? He's cute and very nice. I just don't know what I should do next.
