My boyfriend is camping, he has no reception and I’m freaking out?

My boyfriend and I been together for three years. Now from what I know he’s been faithful to me okay? He lets me know where he’s going for how long etc. Now this camping trip has been planned for a month his friend Bryant invited him and so on. They went to mount Shasta to camp, he told me it was his three homies and one guy and his girlfriend that his friend Bryant invited. He let me know ahead of time there might be little to no reception. He texted me when he left yesterday morning, said he loved me and yeah. I haven’t heard from him since yesterday at 4 when he got there and now his phone goes straight to voicemail and now I’m freaking out over here thinking maybe some girls went and he could be sleeping with them in a tent or doing something behind my back and I’ll never know. I have severe anxiety and I need some genuine help and not rude answers. Should I be worried?

As far as him not having reception, if that's the only factor then I wouldn't be too worried. Most mountainous areas do have little to no cellular service.
