I need help on what I should do about my boyfriend. Its been a long year. He has gotten tired of me and doesn't like to talk to me anymore. I given him space before in the past but they were never that long and he would be okay when he would come back. Now the days have extended and when I message him he would tell me he gets mad and tells me he needed more time to himself. I do know (and saw ) he is going through other things but I don't know how actually serious they are. I do accuse him a lot of cheating and talking to someone else which he can't stand. He doesn't like to be accused of being a cheater or untrustworthy. I know its not right but I always get the feeling he's doing something wrong.
He doesn't like it when he plays a prank on me and I dont believe its just a joke. For example, he played this prank on me where he told me he cheated on me a few days ago. So I freaked out and he instantly told me it was a joke. So fast forward I didn't hear from him until 3 days later with him continuing the joke saying he had cheated on me and got infected with Chlamydia and I need to go get tested. I didn't get mad at him that much because the last time he said it was a joke. This time he let the joke go all day until midnight. When I mentioned I was scared, thats when he told me that it's just a joke around 8pm.
The reason he didn't tell me it was a joke earlier was because he didn't want to hear my mouth accusing him of actually cheating and didn't feel like explaining himself but to know it is a joke. I haven't been accusing him of anything at all for a while but he still won't talk to me. I've given him his space and he's still not talking to me plus he planted that little joke out of nowhere.
