But how will your kids see what a healthy relationship looks like if its not coming from their own parent
No. I would be too devastated.
Whyy?
I started dating later than most woman. I was happy to stay single until I found someone I burned for. I was lucky enough to find that person. Once you’ve found it.. everything else pales in comparison. It would feel like wasting their time. I would rather be alone remembering how good and perfect I had it for a while.

The drive and wanting companionship is very high for me, so even if I was a single parent I'd be looking for a companion that A would accept what I have, B want more with me, C get along with my extended family.
only giving up on having biological kids when I'm dead or whatever gal I'm with has naturally gone through her change.

I don't have any atm, but I would like a number of kids, yes. I've wanted to have a good size family even before I got out of school, just haven't found a woman who was up to the task to do that with.
But since its so late in the game, why not adopt to avoid risk of down syndrome and other disabilities? It plays a part in both parents age roles
I still want kids that in part come from me. No matter how they come out.
I’d love them either way as well. I just wouldn't intentionally risk it at that age. But do whats best for your family. Good luck
