If being short isn't synonymous with unattractive, then why do short men generally attract unattractive qualities?

In my personal experience, the women that don't mind dating short guys, have low libido, are antisocial, have health issues/make unhealthy decisions, have poor self image... It's very, very rare I see a sexually active, social, healthy and secure woman that don't mind dating short men.

i live in Cali and most of my brown side family members are short and my friends who are brown are short and leople i worknwithneven azn dudes got bad chicks with them and they short. They got no issues getting chicks. I ain't ever met a women who had issues with short men UNLESS they wanted college players and NBA i do know women who only date ball players cause they chasing his future checks.

Is it real womem do say they dont like short guys?, yup i see it online a lot but in person i dont see that.

My entire life, I NEVER met a straight woman who wanted a short guy. Women where I'm from, the Northeast (US), weren't even tall. Most were 5'6" or 5'5". But they wouldn't give a snowball's chance in hell to a single dude below six feet. Trust me. I've got all the rejections and frustration to back it up. Even 6'0" however only ranked a man as a C-. Meaning, that was the MINIMUM girls wanted. 6'1" would get you more like a B grade from girls, and 6'2" and 6'3" were considered perfect.

My short ass is only 5'11", like I said before on GAG, so I always got rejected. But most of my male friends are around 6'1" and that got their foot in the door of relationships. Only one friend was shorter, at 5'9", and one was 6'6" and blonde, but he later came out of the closet.

So hearing stuff like what you're saying and what @Ms_Facesitter have said, is like Bizarro World, to me. Like, did we even grow up on the same Earth? Besides the woman I almost married, I've not met a single woman who liked my height. Although I have a handful of girls willing to ignore/overlook my height, like she said on here. As in the way a guy would overlook a flat-chested woman. And even those women were only a small minority.

@MCheetah most of the brown side is not tall at all and a lot of my people growing up with were black too and got chicks i do think things like cool faded haircuts and taper haircuts play a lot into it and the way you dress. I even know a short black dude who gets hella chicks. I do think women in the north east and eastcoast area are probably different but on the westcoast i dont see women tripping like that unless they're chasing ball players.

Out here, a car and your own place and job will get you mad pussy.

I think being short is a quality most women find unattractive, but I wouldn’t say it is synonymous to being unattractive. Similar to being overweight or bald. Women may not prefer these qualities but can still find a man attractive overall despite them.

We date/prefer healthy and secure men. It's possible that kind of man happens to be short. People with unresolved issues or are insecure, will take that luggage with them in the relationship. They'll either push their partner away or settle for less. If you're insecure, you might think somebody is out of your league, so why bother trying? So he settles for someone he thinks he deserves. Not the 10 but the 6.
