For sure! I want them to be somewhat experienced and understand/learned things form previous relationships to understand what been in relationship means.
If you get with someone without experience it can lead to obvious mistakes that ruin the relationship.
Many of my ex's have all taught me good lessons for my next one, without such perspective I bet I would fail just like the 1st time.

Not saying I wouldn't date someone who hasn't but it would be less preferred as it will not have that perspective.
