The internet is forever, so don't whine and complain when you can't get a job in 5-10 years because any employer can find your name and/or face in a simple Google search. You give up the right to that the moment you sign on and no one has to feel sorry for you. Also don't complain when your day job finds out and they fire you on the spot for it. I will point out the obvious. If you don't want people to find out what you are doing then you shouldn't be doing it. If you don't care if everybody you know knows then knock yourself out.

I'd guess you are fresh meat still after 3 weeks. The money might be good for a while but then become not so good. If you are dependent on that extra you may have to start doing extra for it.

The only problem you can come across is that a lot of guys wouldn't date someone involved in sex work of any kind and they're at their right. But that should be a problem for them and not you. Do what makes you happy and you'll find someone who loves you for who you are not who they want to be!
I personally don’t see anything wrong with it but at the same time it’s not something that I would ever consider for the same reason as you mentioned (I don’t want my family/friends to find out + it’s gonna ruin my reputation, I prefer to keep everything private, etc). I don’t think there’s anything concretely immoral. Well some would argue humans natural predispositions against it. But in the end some people just value being conservative such as myself.
