An example: I, as a pale skinned blonde with green eyes, usually attract dark haired, often brown eyed men... even though I'd personally ideally prefer someone who is like me (pale and blonde with light eyes).
It's kind of an opposites attract thing.

They not total opposite if they both white, but people pay more attention to skin color than to hair color and eye color, someone with blond hair and blue eyes is the ideal white look.
