A collougue recently gives me a pack of chocolates and coffee cup before i leave my job, no one in my team offers same. After i left my job she messaged from her personal number just to say hello and letting me know it's her. Why can't girls talk straight forward if they likes? All this signals confuse me if she intrested or just trying to be nice..

Well because she messaged you privately during the time you were leaving your job it must mean she likes you because if she wanted to be your friend she would have approached you via text before so you can chat and hangout. It is normal to give a gift to a colleague that is leaving but if you weren’t friends or close then it must mean she likes you. Well she might not want to appear to flirty just friendly with a hint because everyone is scared of rejection not just the guys. If you like her you should ask her out it is better to regret something you did rather something you didn’t do (asking her out).
