On a scale for 1-10, how badly do men don’t like insecure women?

hey everyone, my fiancé and i have been real rocky lately. i’ve always been insecure with myself and my body but lately it’s been a lot worse. you can say i’ve gain weight that i didn’t want to gain, but i unfortunately have bc i love food lol! i’m 5’4 height. prior meeting my fiancé, 7 years ago, i weighed 111 pounds, now i’m at 150. all my weight has gone to my belly. anyway, my fiancé has always liked girls bikini pictures and butt pictures on instagram. there was a point where he has stopped for a really long time, then he started again. i found this girls photo of her in a dressing room, she lifted up her dress and showed her butt in the fitting rooms mirror. he liked the picture. i was so devastated and heart broken. i started an argument over it and he went off. he started saying how i’m so insecure, how he liked the picture bc i don’t do anything sexy for him so he needs to get his fulfillment somewhere, how he doesn’t feel any love from me anymore bc all i ever do is complain. I know he has messed up with liking other girls pictures because if he respected me he wouldn’t have done it. but also it’s just a picture I understand nothing will ever happen between him and the girls pictures he likes and it’s just an app at the end of the day. I know guys he insecure girls so what are some opinions or advice you guys can give me so I can be less insecure.

Guys are likely to appreciate your effort. They don't want to hear excuses... including "I love food." He may say he loves sex. Does that make it OK for him to focus on sex without limits? Show the same self control you'd want to see in a partner. Your insecurity is based on you choosing to do something that leads you where you say you don't want to go. This is your choice. Don't complain to others about the results of your choice. If you don't like what you see, make better choices. Should bank robbers get acquitted if they say they like money? Focus on making wise decisions for yourself rather than expect others to show appreciation for your lack of self-care.
