Is having a girlfriend normal because most women at my work always says I'm really funny and great to talk too?

you need to just get out there and find someone. they are complementing u. i like what you said about things feeling like high school... you need to get out of high school mode too... try living independently, do more adult things with friends, find more adult activities.

Well I know u mentioned in the past that you like being at home playing video games. Most girls are not attracted to that and you’re not going to find a girl sitting at home in front of a tv. With luck you may find a girl into that but your chances will be better if you get out there and socialize more

Oh, well, most of my hobbies I can do alone. I do like going out on trails but i rarely meet anyone? I do try and join meetups but it's kinda hard when i get out at 4pm 😕😕😕

It’s normal for most decent guys, but I can only stress once again that these people mean well and think you’re a worthy enough guy to date. which is a compliment. Don’t feel self-conscious about never having had a girlfriend.
