What are some signs that you intimidate someone you're talking with?

I get a lot of guys talking to me, but they never ask me out.

It goes like this: They flirt with me > We talk for about 2-3 days > then they start ignoring me or say they "don't want to date."

I have asked friends what they think and they all say I can be pretty intimidating.

Here’s why:

I am a college student studying child psychology, going for a PsyD. In the future I want to have my own theater company for kids who can benefit from drama therapy. I have background work as a sound engineer (currently working at my school) and also starting my own mobile bartending business. I am the event coordinator for my schools psychology club and I am also involved in helping behinds the scenes and the theater department. My interest/hobbies include volunteering, photography, philosophy and trying new foods.

I don't mean to be intimidating and I don't see how I am. Please tell me what I can do to improve this.

While your background and goals are very impressive, I think this is less about being intimidating and more about the men you’re encountering. I’m not sure how you’re meeting these guys, but a lot of times they just aren’t looking to commit, especially if this is online. I know it can get tiresome, but really it has nothing to do with you as a person. Even the most successful and ambitious man could not be interested in investing. Takes time and patience to find an actual match.

Slightly angry, talking over, and/or deer in headlights look. It comes in episodes and when you give way SOMETIMES they think you are now weak and they try to be bossy. They implode on their own...
