So I met this girl at the bar drinking, we ended up talking a bit and hanging out. We did not have sex but when we were hanging together she told me she wasn’t really 21 she was 18 and used a fake ID to get into bars. I’m 24 and I know 18 is still legal but it grosses me out I’ve told my friends about it just venting and they ignored my message. It makes me feel like shit even though I didn’t even kiss her because she’s so young now I don't know what to do I’m not hanging out with her again.

You didn't do anything wrong, it was an honest mistake on your part. You said you are not going to hanging out with her again, so what's done is done. No need to beat yourself up about it. You could maybe ask some more questions next time. (Not just "How old are you?" but start testing their knowledge about things, things that people who have graduated high school years ago, would know by then.)

Having a connection with someone is not something you should take for granted. She made an impact on you, moreso than any other girl you've encountered. Otherwise, you'de be writing about them. As an 18 year old. (she isn't inadequate. She isn't a lepor. She likes sex just as much as the rest of us...) That's saying more for her than the "age appropriate" females you've experienced. You're psyching yourself out based on stigma and social acceptance. Before she admitted to you that she was 18, you couldn't tell the difference yourself. Basically, age was irrelevant until you made it relevant. And if your friends are ignoring you when you try to confide in them, you need better friends. Fare weather friends are what their called I think. But yeah. You're still hella young as well. Don't be so judgmental, don't let others dictate your decisions and enjoy some quality time with your NEW friend.

6 years difference can still be okay and if you dont want to do anything with her then there is no issue, you haven't anyway
