That's a very difficult question to answer as what you do between 16 and 22 will have a huge bearing on what you are like at 20 and 22.
If you are a trust fund baby who spends 4 years at college pulling chicks, smoking dope and going to frat parties, you're going to be way more immature than a 20 year old who left school at 16, took on an apprenticeship in the construction trade, earned good money for 3 years after qualification before setting up your own independent business aged 21.
