This guy and I have been dating 5 months. He’s been the most consistent guy who I’ve ever been with. He’s called me beautiful and gorgeous every morning and has been very good with communication - which helps because we’re long distance (2-3 hours away) while he’s finishing up his nursing program at school.
Recently however, he’s stopped giving me compliments or saying good morning. And the communication has faded to the point where he’s left me on delivered for 21+ hours. We still talk daily, it just feels different.
I realize this seems obsessive, however I do have anxiety from past relationships about this type of thing. Would it be best to chalk it up to stress or work? Or perhaps the honeymoon phase is over?
Any advice is appreciated, I just would like some outside opinions.
