Talking to a girl in a foreign country?

I'm a guy in New York City chatting with a girl via email that lives in Kyrgyzstan, Central Asia. She says she loves me. I never even met her face-to-face, therefore I haven't declared my love to her yet. She wants to meet me, but I don't have any money to get her to come, nor do i know anything about air travel, so she applied for loans to get to NYC, and if she doesn't pay her loans, her mother may lose her home. And I have my own loans to pay off. Why did she do the loan, I don't know. She also lied to me about her Plenty of Fish profile. The girl used her friends dating site to reach out to me instead of creating and using her own profile, due to the fact that she doesn't know how to use the internet - not an excuse to lie about your identity. At this point, I would have to be a millionaire to get her out of that financial situation. Otherwise, she's begging for financial assistance that I don't think I should participate in because I really don't know her like this. She also says that there's some sort of charge she has to pay in order to leave her country and come to the United States, which if she doesn't pay it, she can't go out of her country. What kind of law is that? If my dad were to hear all this from me, he'd think I'm a complete idiot. Not to mention, the girl barely speaks English. What should I do here? I didn't mean to get caught up in this. I'm just looking for a girlfriend. Please be respectful. Thank You!
